Terms of Service
Last updated: July 7, 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Contenter (the "Service"), available at contenter.net. The Service is operated by SAKHANDA CO LTD, UIC 208597599, registered at 13 Dimitar Petkov Blvd., 1309 Sofia, Bulgaria ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Contenter turns source material you provide (an idea, text, a link, a document or an audio recording) into marketing and social media content packs using third-party artificial intelligence models. The Service also offers optional AI-generated images, ready-to-post carousel slides, a content calendar and automated publishing to Telegram channels you connect.
AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purposes. It is provided "as is", and you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing and approving any content before you publish or otherwise use it.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity of team members you invite.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful or that infringes the rights of others; to send spam; to mislead about the origin of content where disclosure is required by law; or to probe, disrupt or overload the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You must have the necessary rights to any source material you upload. Do not submit material you are not allowed to process.
4. Content ownership
You retain all rights to the source material you submit. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we assign to you all our rights in the content generated for you by the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your material and generated content solely to provide and improve the Service.
The Service itself — including its software, design, branding and demo content — remains our property and is protected by intellectual property law.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) are billed monthly in euro through our payment provider Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices shown are final; we are not currently registered for VAT under the Bulgarian small business exemption regime. If this changes, prices and invoices will reflect it going forward.
You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. After cancellation your plan remains active until the end of the paid period, then your account moves to the Free plan. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law or granted at our discretion.
We may change plan prices or features with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
6. Plan limits
Each plan includes a monthly limit of content pack generations and other feature limits described on the pricing page. For paid plans the counter resets on the monthly anniversary of your subscription; for the Free plan it resets on the first day of each calendar month. Unused generations do not carry over. We may apply reasonable technical safeguards against abuse of the limits.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including AI model providers (such as OpenAI and Anthropic), Stripe for payments, Telegram for publishing and infrastructure providers for hosting and email. Their availability is outside our control, and their terms apply to the respective parts of the data flow. If you connect a Telegram channel, you are responsible for complying with Telegram's terms.
8. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material reductions in functionality of paid plans.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for consequences of publishing AI-generated content without review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory consumer rights.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for a material breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including content ownership, liability limits and governing law) remain in effect.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you in the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, unless mandatory consumer protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
